A brief report on the BMW i8 road trip through Alsace (Elsass) organized by Dieter Heppler:
Our road trip began on Friday, May 1st, with a fantastic visit to the Schlumpf-Bugatti Museum. This extraordinary collection of rare Bugattis of all types and eras is probably unique in the world. It made the hearts of all car enthusiasts beat faster. Over the next few days, we drove with a small group of BMW i8s along various scenic routes through Alsace, crossing the border between France and Germany several times. Despite the adverse weather, our little convoy was met with amazement and enthusiasm everywhere we went. This, of course, filled us BMW i8 drivers with pride and joy.
